Um, after going through the little tutorial, the game is on an infinite loop preventing me from actually playing. It is going through the intro sequence over and over again. It doesn't sound like the music is affected, but the game is unplayable at the moment.

Dahlia-K responds:

Oh i did my homework and i know all her history and i know she wasnt a heretic :) But now artists can’t have fun and explore imagination when portraying figures without triggering the “historically accurate” people online?:)

If memory serves, a witch refers to a crone or an elderly woman. Similarly, a wizard refers to a wizen man or wise man. Hence they're gendered terms.
I do believe the words came about due to the Catholic Church and translations. Like the Norse religion most know, the Catholic Church converted older myths to suit its political narrative. I believe most myths imply wisdom leads to magical abilities or supernatural powers. Kind of like doing math in your head, or understanding logic bewilders most now-a-days. So, the original myths used crone and wise man, and then it was translated into witch and wizard and then connected to evil. Instead of being the mentor character, they became the villain.

Mrs. Rowling plagiarized most of her work from myths and legends of old, with little effort to conform them to her work.
